  • 1-1.5 OUNCES HOPS OF YOUR CHOICE

  • 5 ML LACTIC OR CITRIC ACID FOR PH ADJUSTMENT

  • 2OZ FLAVORING EXTRACT (OPTIONAL)


1) SANITIZE A CLEAN KEG AND HOP SACK.

2) FILL HOP SACK WITH HOPS, TIE AND PLACE IN KEG.

3) FILL KEG WITH 5 GALLONS OF WATER.

4) ADD ACID AND OPTIONAL FLAVORING EXTRACT.

5) PLACE KEG LID ON AND SEAL WITH PRESSURE.

6) SHAKE KEG TO MIX ALL CONTENTS.

7) PURGE KEG W/ CO2 5-7 TIMES.

8) STORE KEG UNDER 25PSI AT 36F FOR 5-7 DAYS.

9) CAN OR TAP UP AND ENJOY!
